Choudhary Metal is a reputed stockist and supplier of Alloy 400 Plates, offering high-quality plates in the annealed condition with thicknesses ranging from 3/16" (4.8mm) up to 3" (76.2mm). These plates are widely used in industries that require excellent corrosion resistance and reliable mechanical properties.
Alloy 400 in the annealed condition provides moderate strength along with excellent resistance to corrosive environments. It is particularly suitable for applications in chemical processing, marine engineering, oil & gas, and heat exchangers.
The alloy is also available in the as-rolled condition (Alloy 400AR), which offers higher strength and improved performance for demanding industrial applications. Alloy 400AR Plates are generally stocked in thicknesses ranging from .1875" to 3.00".
At Choudhary Metal, we ensure that all our Alloy 400 Plates are supplied with superior quality, precise dimensions, and compliance with international standards to meet the diverse requirements of our clients.

Alloy 400 (UNS N04400) is a ductile nickel-copper alloy with resistance to a spread of corrosive conditions. The alloy is most frequently laid out in environments starting from mildly oxidizing through impartial and in moderately reducing conditions. An additional application place of the material is in marine environments and different non-oxidizing chloride answers.
